The title of Warstrider covers every aspect of waging war for the Shigue. They pilot ships, form security and combat teams, anything to protect the peoples of the Migration. While the Blacktusks form coteries of shocktroops that operate off their own instinct, it is the Waybreakers that provide immediate and devastating specialized weapons closer to the main formations.

Cool headed, slow to anger, they are entrusted to direct their devastating firepower against the worst threats the Shigue might face.
